1. Front Desk & Reception
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and basic inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Offer tea, water, or refreshments to guests
- Assist in scheduling appointments
2. Social Media Representation
- Appear in company social media content (videos, reels, posts)
- Represent the brand professionally online
- Assist in basic content creation (with guidance)
- Communicate clearly and confidently on camera
3. General Support
- Support office staff with basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a friendly and positive office environment
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English required, additional languages are a plus)
- Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality
- Comfortable in front of the camera
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
