Responsibilities
- Assess client profiles and provide guidance on suitable visa and immigration options
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Explain visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation requirements
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa and immigration applications
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
- Follow up with clients throughout the application process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of applications
- Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in immigration, visa consultancy, travel consultancy, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and client relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
- Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures will be an advantage
