Role Overview
Immigration Consultant position with Visafy LLC – FZ in Business Bay, Dubai.
Support clients with immigration inquiries, visa information, documentation, and application processes.
Schedule
- Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is permanent and full-time.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with immigration-related inquiries and processes.
- Provide accurate information about visa options and requirements.
- Guide clients through documentation and application procedures.
- Maintain client records and follow up on ongoing cases.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company is required.
- Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi language proficiency is required.
