Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive document reviews to ensure all client papers meet exact standards of IRCC, DHA, USCIS, and European immigration authorities
- Complete country specific application forms and manage profile creation and accurate case filing for New Zealand, Canada PR, Australia PR, and TRV
- Handle administrative filing and processing of work visa applications for European destinations including Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Albania, and Slovakia
- Manage weekly follow ups with immigration lawyers and collaborate with legal teams to align filing procedures with latest policy updates
- Maintain strict deadline logs and utilize automated follow up systems to track application progress and eliminate missed submissions
- Proactively monitor and address RFIs (Requests for Information) from immigration authorities to ensure prompt and accurate resolution
- Maintain thoroughly organized, secure, and complete physical and digital case documentation for all client backgrounds
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Case Filing Officer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role within an immigration consultancy
- Solid hands on experience filing applications for New Zealand, Canada, Australia, and European countries
- Familiarity with the portals and submission criteria of IRCC, DHA, and USCIS
- Laser sharp attention to detail with a proven track record of error free file submissions
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to process multiple urgent cases simultaneously
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset to work alongside legal and consulting teams

Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly meticulous and organized Case Filing Officer to manage the end to end documentation, verification, and submission process for immigration applications.
- The successful candidate will ensure all client files for Permanent Residency (PR), Temporary Visas, and Work Permits are error free, fully compliant, and submitted within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities (Case Filing & Documentation)
- File Compilation & Review: Conduct comprehensive document reviews to ensure all client papers (qualifications, experience letters, recommendation letters, SOPs) meet the exact standards of IRCC, DHA, USCIS, and European immigration authorities.
- Application Preparation & Filing: Complete country specific application forms and manage profile creation and accurate case filing for New Zealand, Canada PR, Australia PR, and TRV.
- European Work Visa Processing: Handle the administrative filing and processing of work visa applications for European destinations, including Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Albania, and Slovakia.
- Manage weekly follow ups with immigration lawyers and collaborate with legal teams to align filing procedures with the latest policy updates.
