ABOUT THE ROLE

  • As Image Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
  • You will play a key part in shaping and executing HEREU’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring alignment between creative direction and business needs.
  • Deliver high quality visual outputs on time and within scope
  • Structure and professionalise image production processes
  • Ensure aesthetic consistency across all channels
  • Elevate creative standards while maintaining budget efficiency
  • Build and nurture a strong network of creative collaborators aligned with HEREU’s universe
  • Reinforce the brand’s contemporary and cultural positioning through its visual language

Image & Content Coordination

  • Develop creative concepts and visual narratives aligned with the brand
  • Create moodboards and visual references
  • Plan and produce brand shootings (campaigns, still life, social, collaborations, lookbooks)
  • Coordinate e commerce shootings and catalogues with product and e commerce teams
  • Build detailed timelines and ensure rigorous deadline management
  • Oversee post production processes and deliverables across channels
  • Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, e commerce, social, wholesale, PR and special projects
  • Support internal content creation when needed

Creative Network & Collaborations

  • Identify and select photographers, stylists, videographers and creative collaborators
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with talents aligned with HEREU’s universe
  • Coordinate collaborations ensuring alignment with brand positioning and creative direction
  • Manage agreements and budgets associated with creative partnerships

Project & Budget Management

  • Manage production budgets and timelines
  • Optimise resources and ensure efficient execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Ensure smooth delivery and distribution of final assets

Brand Assets & Visual Materials

  • Develop and coordinate brand presentations and visual materials
  • Oversee lookbooks and seasonal visual toolkits
  • Support special projects (packaging, printed materials and branded assets)
  • Ensure consistency across all physical and digital brand touchpoints

Benchmark & Analysis

  • Monitor visual trends and benchmark relevant contemporary brands
  • Incorporate insights from social media and performance into content decisions

WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in image production (fashion brand, agency or similar)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Hands on, structured and solution oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and post production
  • Fluent English
  • Sensitivity to product, brand and contemporary visual culture
