Image Analysis Engineer

We are looking for an Engineer with a strong background in Ultrasound Image Analysis to work on our new ultrasound imaging platform.

This is a crucial role in our design and development process.

As the Image Analysis Engineer, your responsibilities are:

• Lead image analysis from probe bring-up to final optimization

• Lead ultrasound imaging feature definition, development, implementation, and verification to ensure successful product release.

• Reconcile image artifacts with the development team to resolve system performance leading to the highest quality imaging for the company

• Support the clinical evaluation of the ultrasound system This position is suited for you if you are familiar with:

• Development of image performance parameters that result in maximizing the ultrasound system and probe performance

• Image optimization based on tissue characterization and blood flow visualization and quantification.

• Taking ownership of image quality, system performance verification, engineering and clinical image optimization, and customer support.

• Developing and using imaging tools to verify image feature development for transfer to software implementation

• Driving innovation and continual improvement of imaging performance all the way from concept generation to prototyping and product implementation.

• Contributing to teamwork in an Agile development environment.
