Our client is a leading organisation within the manufacturing and asset-intensive industry, driving enterprise transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Sr IFS Technical Program Manager to lead complex ERP and enterprise transformation programs across governance-heavy, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP transformation and implementation programs
- Manage governance, delivery planning, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Drive successful program execution from initiation through stabilization
- Support enterprise integration, deployment, and optimisation initiatives
To Succeed, You Will Need
- 15+ years of ERP and enterprise IT transformation experience
- Proven leadership of at least one full ERP lifecycle implementation or major re-platforming
- Strong experience managing large vendor ecosystems and system integrators
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate within complex, governance-driven environments
Preferred And Advantage
- Engine MRO or Aviation MRO experience
- Knowledge of maintenance planning, rotables, shop floor execution, quality, compliance, and supply chain
- Experience with CMRO platforms and ERP-CMRO integrations
