Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality English language and IELTS preparation classes to diverse learner groups
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support learners in achieving target IELTS band scores and improving overall language proficiency
- Design and adapt course materials, incorporating communicative and exam focused teaching techniques
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessments
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement
- Participate in academic meetings
- Support student counseling and placement as needed
Requirements
- Strong foundation in English Teaching and Language Teaching
- Demonstrated Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner centered instruction
- Proficient Writing skills for preparing instructional materials, model answers, and learner feedback
- Proven experience teaching IELTS or similar English proficiency exams
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear, neutral English pronunciation
- Ability to work on site in Sharjah, manage multiple classes, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a learner focused approach

Role Description
- Deliver high quality English language and IELTS preparation classes to diverse learner groups in an on site setting at BTI’s Sharjah location.
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons, assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in achieving target IELTS band scores and improving overall language proficiency.
- Design and adapt course materials, incorporate communicative and exam focused teaching techniques, and maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and assessments.

Qualifications
