Identity Specialist

At least five years’ experience working with directory services, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and Kerberos.

Practical knowledge of identity lifecycle management, including automated provisioning and deprovisioning.

Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.

The ability to work effectively within a challenging commercial environment.

Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.

A proactive approach to learning and keeping up to date with identity security developments and industry best practice.

Relevant Microsoft technical certifications, ideally AZ-500 and SC-300.

It would be great if you also have

PowerShell scripting skills.

Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and GDPR.

An SC-100 or CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst+ certification.

Existing Security Check clearance, or the ability to obtain it.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with clear and confident written and verbal communication.
