About the Role
ARMIS is seeking an Identity & Security Architect to lead implementation and delivery of identity governance and cloud security solutions. You will engage with clients, support SOC activities, and contribute to AI Security practice growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and delivery of identity governance and cloud security solutions
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and run technical workshops
- Support SOC activities, detection engineering, and vulnerability management initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple engagements
- Contribute to the growth and development of the AI Security and Governance practice
Requirements
- 3 4+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Security and Entra ID Governance
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA)
- Design and architecture of enterprise identity solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID
- Implementation of identity governance capabilities such as access reviews, entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, and privileged access
- Experience working with Microsoft security stack such as Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview
- Solid knowledge of Azure cloud environments and Azure security best practices
- Practical experience with SOC operations, detection engineering, and vulnerability management
- Strong client facing experience including gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and leading workshops
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Willingness to travel across the MEA region for client engagements
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Technical Skills
- 3–4+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Security and Entra ID Governance.
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA).
- Design and architecture of enterprise identity solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID.
- Implementation of identity governance capabilities such as access reviews, entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, and privileged access.
- Experience working with Microsoft security stack such as Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview.
- Solid knowledge of Azure cloud environments and Azure security best practices.
- Practical experience with SOC operations, detection engineering, and vulnerability management.
- Good to know: AI Security concepts, emerging agentic security challenges, PowerShell, and Microsoft security certifications (SC 300, SC 200, AZ 500, CISSP, CCSP).
- Fluent Arabic is considered a strong advantage, but not mandatory. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
