A technology-driven organization is hiring an IAM Manager to lead identity security strategy, access governance, and authentication services. The role involves developing IAM strategies, managing user lifecycle, privileged access, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, standards, and governance frameworks
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of IAM solutions covering identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, and identity governance
- Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, ABAC, PAM, and access certification processes
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud engineering, HR, compliance, and other teams to integrate IAM controls
- Monitor KPIs including access request turnaround time, provisioning accuracy, privileged account compliance, and identity related security incidents
- Manage identity governance processes including access reviews, SoD, role engineering, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA
- Lead IAM integration projects for enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, directories, and third party platforms
- Conduct identity risk assessments, security reviews, access audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities
- Utilize IAM platforms, PAM solutions, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP, cloud identity services, SIEM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics platforms
- Prepare IAM governance reports, compliance dashboards, audit documentation, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations
- Lead, mentor, and develop IAM engineers, identity administrators, security analysts, and cross functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate highly advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information security, directory services, or enterprise security operations
- 2+ years of experience managing IAM programs, identity security teams, or enterprise access governance initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture, IGA, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, ABAC, directory services, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and Zero Trust security principles
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and cloud security technologies
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, cloud identity management, API security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), AI powered security analytics, and compliance automation is advantageous
- Strong leadership, analytical, technical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, technical documentation, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
