Role Overview
The Site ID Manager ensures approved interior design intent is delivered on site in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, programme, and project requirements.
The role is client-side and focused on interior design coordination and project delivery.
Design and Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with the interior designer, architect, MEP, structural, contractor, and specialist subcontractors to integrate design and site execution.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, technical submissions, samples, mock-ups, and method statements for compliance.
- Identify and resolve design, coordination, constructability, and interface issues across interior design, architectural, structural, and MEP works.
- Review RFIs, technical queries, proposed alternatives, and design changes while protecting approved design intent.
Site, Quality, and Handover
- Conduct regular site inspections covering workmanship, finishes, materials, joinery, doors, sanitaryware, ceilings, flooring, and other interior works.
- Ensure approved design intent, materials, finishes, details, and quality standards are maintained throughout construction.
- Identify non-conforming works, coordinate corrective actions, and verify rectification and compliance.
- Monitor interior-design progress, snagging, de-snagging, and completion of interior works before handover.
Contractor and Procurement Coordination
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against approved documents and project requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement on material availability, approved alternatives, long-lead items, and programme impacts.
- Monitor potential delays and coordinate actions needed to maintain the project programme.

- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against approved documents and project requirements.
