- Administer medications, monitor IV lines, and perform necessary procedures and interventions
- Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms, oxygen levels, and other vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Participate in patient care rounds and contribute to the overall coordination and delivery of care
- Stay updated with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in critical care nursing
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ICU Nurse
- Strong knowledge of critical care nursing principles, practices, and protocols
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision making skills in high pressure situations
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature to provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients and tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Description
- At UAE hospitals, we are currently seeking compassionate and skilled ICU Nurses to join our hospitals.
- As an ICU Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care and support to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, providing life saving interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
