Responsibilities
- Study client requirements and design solutions for new ICT infrastructure
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support services for all IT related objects
- Troubleshoot end user workstations hardware and software related problems
- Monitor backup, restore files, and perform periodic restore tests
- Monitor Core Infrastructure components and report alerts
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain records
- Install software patches, service packs, and other updates
- Track and manage IT assets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience
- Valid driving license
- Ability to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support services
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of backup and restore procedures
- Ability to work 24/7 on emergencies

Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Study Client requirements and design the solution for new ICT infrastructure.
- Study existing infrastructure and design the solution upgrade /migration.
- Implement the designed project.
- Level‐1 and Level‐2 support services for all IT related objects.
- Coordination and technical assistance for Core IT Services
- Troubleshoot end user workstations hardware and software related problems.
- Performance tuning, patch updates and general monitoring of user workstations.
- Monitoring of Backup, Restoring of File/s whenever is required and Periodic restore test.
- Monitor Core Infrastructure components and report any alerts to Core IT service provider.
- Perform preventive actions for any noticed events that may cause service degradation or outage.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain the record.
- Should be available 24/7 Support on emergencies.
Additional Duties
- Maintain log of work performed and periodic submission to the reporting manager.
- Install software patches, service packs and other updates.
- Take corrective action on any potential issues noticed.
- Maintain a proper backup system of core resources.
- Assist users with support queries as necessary.
- Fix user errors / mistakes as necessary
- Report and coordinate Internet connection or performance issues with ISP.
- Monitor network capacity and performance.
- Periodic status check of security software updates.
- Investigate any suspicious activity or unexpected software behavior.
- Coordinate with office for client’s procurement for any requirement.
- Coordination with third party application vendors or service providers.
Compensation
- Pay: 4,500.00 (AED) 5,000.00 (AED) per month
