5+ years of experience managing ICT, structured cabling, telecommunications, or low-voltage infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of Division 27 systems including structured cabling, fiber optics, pathways, telecommunications infrastructure, and supporting technology systems.
Experience managing projects through preconstruction, design-assist, design-build, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, BIM models, and project schedules.
Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
Working knowledge of project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in fast-paced construction environments.
Experience supporting mission-critical, healthcare, commercial, higher education, or data center projects is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
BICSI RCDD, RTPM, Technician, Project Management Professional (PMP), or related industry certifications are highly desirable.
