About the Role
TLM Distribution is seeking an ICT Presales Engineer with 3-6 years of networking experience to design solutions, deliver technical presentations, and support sales.

Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for customers and partners
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical proposals and solution documentation
- Collaborate with vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, RF Elements) to build competitive solutions
- Provide presales technical support during customer meetings, partner events, and exhibitions
- Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), solution architectures, and network designs
- Stay updated with the latest networking trends, products, and competitor offerings
- Support account managers with technical expertise for cross selling and upselling opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–6 years of presales/solution engineering experience in networking
- Strong knowledge of Wi Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions
- Hands on experience with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, or RF Elements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design and present networking solutions, including BOMs and technical diagrams
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
