About Us

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs) for customers and partners.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical proposals and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, RF Elements) to build competitive solutions.
  • Provide presales technical support during customer meetings, partner events, and exhibitions.
  • Assist in preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs), solution architectures, and network designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest networking trends, products, and competitor offerings.
  • Support account managers with technical expertise for cross selling and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of presales/solution engineering experience in networking.
  • Strong knowledge of Wi Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions.
  • Hands on experience with Ubiquiti, MikroTik, Ruijie, Aruba, or RF Elements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer engagement abilities.
  • Ability to design and present networking solutions, including BOMs and technical diagrams.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or vendor specific certifications are highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
