About Coventry City Council ICT
The ICT and Digital service delivers digital technology, systems, infrastructure, and support for the Council and external partners.
The service supports more than 5,500 corporate users, approximately 400 servers, about 300 systems, and ICT services for school staff.
Current innovation programmes include 5G, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, chatbots, process automation, and connected autonomous vehicles.
