Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day activities with responsibility for overall safety, quality and performance and member experience of either Inbound or Outbound FC operations
- Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration and open communication
- Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents timely
- Prioritize appropriately meeting deadlines
- Drive results and approach obstacles proactively
- Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently
- Track production metrics and utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and report to management
- Mentor, provide training and development to optimize performance
- Recognize top performance, coach and apply progressive discipline for poor performance
- Conduct timecard review daily and weekly to ensure pay accuracy
Requirements
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Are 18 years of age or older

- Sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans
- Taking proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and within the entire organization
- Working closely with (HR, Facilities, Safety and IT) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives
- Tracking production metrics and utilizing data to develop strategies for continuous improvement and reporting to management
- Assisting with the establishment of long term operational strategic plans
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
