Job Summary
Install, commission, integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Huawei IBS and telecom network equipment.
Support network rollout, site implementation, fault resolution, and network optimization while ensuring quality and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, integrate, and commission Huawei telecom and network equipment.
- Perform IBS and site implementation activities, including installation, cabling, power connections, and site acceptance.
- Configure Huawei transmission, IP, access, or wireless equipment as applicable to the project.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and site-related faults.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, expansions, migrations, and software upgrades.
- Analyze alarms, logs, and performance issues and coordinate resolution with NOC and technical teams.
- Conduct integration and acceptance testing and prepare installation, commissioning, test, and site acceptance reports.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams during deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with Huawei standards, customer specifications, HSE requirements, and project timelines.
- Provide technical support for escalated network and equipment issues.
