About the Role
Smart Connected Services is hiring an IBS DAS Technician in Dubai for installation and maintenance of in-building RF systems. The role requires experience with RF cabling, fiber optics, site surveys, and testing tools.

Responsibilities
- Installation of RF cables, connectors, splitters, antennas for IBS sites
- Understand RF layouts and resolve IBS DAS Systems issues
- Read designs for IBS (antenna layout and Schematic diagram)
- Perform IBS/TI site survey for installation
- Install fiber optic cables
- Track materials with clear record
- Conduct cable testing using Site Master, PIM Analyzer
- Rectify alarms like VSWR, DTF, RTWP, Low Power antenna
Requirements
- Experience with RF cabling, connectors, splitters, antennas for IBS sites
- Ability to understand RF layouts and resolve IBS DAS Systems issues
- Knowledge about reading designs for IBS (antenna layout and Schematic diagram)
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience with Cabling, Termination & Labelling in IBS/DAS Project
- Installation of fiber optic cables
- Perform IBS/TI site survey for installation
- Material tracking with clear record on available and balance materials
- Knowledge on safety procedures and risks during installation
- Hardware installation in main and remote GSM Rooms
- Familiar with work practices & HSE procedures for Mobile Network
- Conduct cable testing using different tools (Site Master, PIM Analyzer)
