We are seeking an experienced IBP & Inventory Analyst to join our Group Planning Team, reporting to the Head of IBP Process & Inventory Strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights and influencing business decisions across a complex supply chain environment.

In this critical role, you will support Inventory Optimisation and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) excellence through data-driven insights, analytics, planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working cross-functionally with Demand & Supply Planning, Finance, Operations, Sales & Marketing teams, you will help strengthen our planning capabilities, optimise inventory performance and enable informed business decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business challenges through data, enjoys partnering with stakeholders, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement across planning and inventory processes.

A critical role supporting Blackmores' Integrated Business Planning and Inventory Centres of Excellence, helping shape inventory planning and performance across the business.

What Will You Do?

Maintain and continuously improve inventory models and planning parameters to optimise inventory outcomes, support working capital targets and maintain customer service levels.
