We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst to support secure and efficient user access across the organization. You will manage business role-based access, ensure segregation of duties, conduct recertifications, and oversee Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to maintain business roles and support local IAM initiatives.
This role, reporting to the Head of Identity and Access Management, is perfect for a skilled IAM operations professional. You'll have the opportunity to influence global strategies and make impactful decisions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Way of Working - This position offers a hybrid work arrangement Monday - Friday to include two in-office days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our Cambridge, Ontaria location.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven experience as a Business Analyst in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related areas.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, processes, and best practices.
Familiarity with IAM technologies and systems, such as user provisioning, access controls, authentication mechanisms, and directory services.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Exposure to tools for requirements management, process modelling, and documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
