Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain blockchain solutions using Hyperledger frameworks to support leasing and finance operations
- Build and optimize back end services
- Write smart contracts and chaincode

- Ensure secure data handling
- Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews
- Monitor performance and reliability of blockchain applications

Requirements
- Strong skills in Blockchain and Hyperledger based Software Development
- Solid Back End Web Development skills for building APIs and integrating services
- Knowledge of Cryptography and secure transaction design
- Familiarity with Cryptocurrency concepts and distributed ledger technologies
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in blockchain (such as Go, Java, JavaScript, or Node.js)
- Understanding of financial services or fintech domains, especially leasing and lending, is an advantage
- Ability to analyze business requirements, write clean and maintainable code, and work effectively in cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
