Qualifications
- Strong skills in hydraulic systems and mobile hydraulics, including the ability to interpret hydraulic schematics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair, including fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.
- Experience working with heavy equipment in field and workshop environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards and safe work practices for hydraulic and mechanical systems, including lockout/tagout and proper tool use.
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, hydraulic, or a related engineering field.
- Previous experience as a Hydraulic Technician or similar role is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and service manuals, with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in diverse teams, and willingness to work on-site and occasionally in outdoor or industrial environments.
