Hydraulic Mechanic (Earthmoving & Trucks)

Overview

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• **Diagnosis & Inspection:** Inspecting and diagnosing complex issues with hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and motors.
• **Preventative Maintenance:** Performing routine maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal machinery performance.
• **Repairs:** Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components and hydraulic assemblies efficiently.
• **Technical Interpretation:** Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, hydraulic schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
• **System Testing:** Testing system performance and pressure levels after repairs to verify proper operation.
• **Documentation:** Maintaining accurate digital and physical records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections.
• **Safety Compliance:** Strict adherence to safety regulations and the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with high-pressure systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hydraulic Mechanic specifically working with **Earthmoving Equipment** (Excavators, Dozers, etc.) and **Heavy Trucks**.
• Strong technical knowledge of high-pressure hydraulic components.
• Ability to work in the industrial environment of ICAD, Mussafah.
• Ability to read technical manuals and hydraulic circuit diagrams.

• **Monthly Salary:** 5,000 AED (Lumpsum).
