Hybrid Systems, Pre-Sales Engineer

• Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. * Typically has 5–10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, presales engineering, account management, or enterprise collaboration solutions.

• Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional and cross‑functional project teams, often serving as a subject‑matter expert for HP collaboration solutions and complex customer engagements.

• Works on highly complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in‑depth evaluation of multiple technical and business factors, especially within hybrid work, enterprise collaboration, and cloud‑integrated environments.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $131,500 to $193,950 USD annually with a 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix .

There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
