Hybrid Driver

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The employee must be able to:

Enter and exit commercial vehicles and tractor-trailer equipment throughout the workday.

Climb onto equipment and access loading/unloading connections as required.

Connect, handle, and store bulk-product hoses and fittings.

Bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and walk on varying surfaces.

Move packaged products manually or with approved material-handling equipment.

Occasionally lift up-to 50 pounds and move loads of up to 100 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance.

Work outdoors in varied weather and temperature conditions.

Hours are determined by Morgan Distributing, Inc. Bulk Oil Dispatch Supervisor based on demand and customer need. This position involves hours before and beyond core hours of 8:00 to 5:00. Position is guaranteed 40 hours a week, however, overtime is not a guarantee. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Monday through Friday- 8 to 10 hours a day
