Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out HVAC service, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
• Inspect air-conditioning units and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Repair, replace, adjust, and maintain defective HVAC components and parts.
• Prepare inspection reports, job cards, completion certificates, and EH&S site surveys.
• Estimate labor, tools, equipment, and materials for assigned work.
• Communicate with customers about progress, issues, and recommendations.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and implement hazard controls.
• Safely rig and set up lifting arrangements for HVAC equipment and heavy equipment.
• Use computers and mobile applications for work activities and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in air-conditioning and refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
• One to three years of relevant HVAC industry or field experience.
• A valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a strong team-player attitude.
• Basic computer and mobile application skills.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair under industry and manufacturer standards.
• Knowledge of EH&S practices, MSDS/SDS, safe handling, tools and equipment management, and technical reporting.
• Knowledge of quality management practices, basic metal sheet work, electrical systems, carpentry, and Building Automation Controls.
• Knowledge of risks and hazards associated with HVAC operations.
• Minimum product knowledge includes DX and Airside Equipment and Scroll Chillers.

Work Activities

• The work involves HVAC service and maintenance activities at customer or equipment sites, including handling and lifting arrangements for heavy equipment.
