Trainees will: * successfully complete our rigorous entry level 3-week training program, with emphasis in customer service, technical skills, and sales * learn the HVAC business from the ground up, performing clean-and-checks and service repairs on systems. * learn how to train, mentor, and develop yourself and others * THIS IS A HANDS-ON POSITION AND REQUIRES MECHANICAL WORK IN THE FIELD.
