HVAC Technician

Position Snapshot

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioners in offices and company residential buildings according to standard installation procedures.
• Troubleshoot air-conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems, and perform maintenance.
• Repair air-conditioning units using designated tools after completing diagnostic activities.
• Apply technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, especially ammonia-based systems.
• Recommend replacing equipment when repair costs are expected to exceed replacement costs.
• Read electrical drawings and provide guidance and training to less experienced personnel.
• Follow Nestlé safety, health, and environment rules and procedures during working hours.

Requirements

• Diploma in a technical field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar field.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and experience handling, installing, and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Strong experience and technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration, especially ammonia-based systems.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of reading electrical drawings.
