Role Overview
B2C Solutions is hiring an Air Conditioning Technician for its Maintenance team.
The assignment is at Ramlah Resort/Compound in Al Khalid, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, service, maintain, and repair split, package, VRF/VRV, chilled-water, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
- Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Clean filters and coils, check pressures, and test system performance.
- Record equipment readings, maintenance activities, spare parts, and corrective actions.
- Support basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance tasks.
- Respond to job cards, guestroom defects, and maintenance emergencies.
- Follow safe-working, lockout/tagout, refrigerant-handling, and PPE procedures.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Supervisor on major defects and specialist requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI certificate, or technical qualification in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
- Practical knowledge of split, package, VRF/VRV, chilled-water, and ventilation systems.
- Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
- Knowledge of safe refrigerant handling and occupational safety.
- Ability to work independently, respond to emergencies, and work flexible shifts.
Work Location
- Work location is in person in Qatar.
