Requirements
- Technical diploma or vocational certification in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigerant handling, and plumbing connections
- Hands on preventive maintenance experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Good communication skills
