Position Summary
Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air-quality control, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and related property systems.
Maintain the mechanical plant, monitor property temperature, analyze utilities usage, and perform pool and spa maintenance.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct daily mechanical plant inspections and calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
- Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
- Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, and injuries while following company safety and security policies.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Recommend and implement improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- A driver's license is required.
- HVAC Certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical, trade, or vocational school education is preferred.
- At least 3 years of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
Physical Requirements
Work may require reaching overhead and below the knees, entering confined or elevated spaces, and moving across stairs, ladders, and uneven or slippery surfaces.
The role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently and over 100 pounds with assistance.
