Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC and air-conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair package units, split AC units, FCUs, AHUs, chillers, pumps, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
- Attend to HVAC breakdowns and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Inspect and service HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, thermostats, control systems, and electrical components.
- Identify HVAC faults and carry out necessary repairs and replacements.
- Monitor equipment performance and report major defects or recurring issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and modification.
- Clean filters, coils, drain trays, drain lines, and other HVAC components.
- Maintain condensate drainage systems and rectify water leakage issues.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- ITI, diploma, or equivalent qualification in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience.
- Experience in facilities management, commercial buildings, hotels, clubs, or similar facilities is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation, and repair work.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
- Willingness to work weekends and during emergencies when required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
