About the Role
Almisdar is looking for an HVAC Sales Executive to identify and develop sales opportunities for HVAC systems and services in Doha, Qatar. The role involves preparing technical proposals, conducting site visits, collaborating with engineering teams, and following up on leads and tenders.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop sales opportunities for HVAC systems and services
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to design suitable HVAC solutions
- Present and explain system designs to clients
- Follow up on leads and tenders
- Coordinate with suppliers
- Support project execution and provide technical guidance during installation and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong foundation in HVAC systems, with ability to interpret technical specifications and system requirements
- Knowledge of Maintenance & Repair practices for HVAC equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience in HVAC and MEP sectors
- Experience in technical sales or customer facing engineering roles, preferably within HVAC or building services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and basic MS Office skills
