HVAC Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships, identify business opportunities, generate leads, and sell HVAC equipment and technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, understand customer requirements, recommend products, and conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and customers to execute orders smoothly.
• Follow up on quotations, LPOs, deliveries, and payments.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain sales reports and customer databases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in HVAC sales is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, products, the UAE HVAC market, and customer networks is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets is required.
• An engineering diploma or degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Experience selling AC units, FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, chillers, ventilation equipment, and related HVAC products is advantageous.
• A valid UAE driving licence and an existing UAE customer network are preferred.
