About the Role
Jumeirah The Red Sea seeks an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join their Engineering team. The role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust fans, walk in coolers, and freezers
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per established schedule and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment, and Work areas
- Comply with JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards
- Maintain and service heating, cooling, and air handling units to ensure proper climate control in guest rooms and public areas
- Monitor and adjust system parameters to optimize performance and energy efficiency
Requirements
- Technical Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least grade 10 level education
- 1+ years of experience in technical department
- Software competencies in Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
- Strong problem solving skills

Main duties and responsibilities

About You
- Hold a Technical Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering.

- Exhibit strong problem solving skills.
- Have 1+ years of experience in the technical department.
