The Opportunity

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating people, schedules, materials, and details in a fast-paced service and construction environment. You will play a central role in helping both the service and construction sides of the business run smoothly. For the right person, this is a chance to build broad operational experience, work directly with company leadership, and become a key contributor to the day-to-day success of the business.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations by managing daily schedules, follow-ups, and changing priorities.

Help coordinate construction projects, including tracking personnel, schedules, and job-related activity to keep work on time and organized.

Review service work orders and related documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Manage parts ordering, tracking, inventory, and documentation to support both service calls and project work.

Act as a liaison between the service and construction teams to improve communication, handoffs, and execution.

Maintain organization across the warehouse, service vehicles, office supplies, PPE, uniforms, and incoming deliveries.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 3 to 6 months, success in this role will look like:

Service technicians are scheduled efficiently, and customer follow-ups are handled accurately and on time.

Construction coordination becomes more organized, with better visibility into personnel, materials, and project status.

Work orders, parts records, and supporting documentation are consistently complete and accurate.

Parts and deliveries are tracked reliably, reducing delays and helping crews stay productive in the field.

Communication between service, construction, and leadership becomes more streamlined and proactive.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to keep multiple moving parts on track without losing attention to detail.

The strongest candidates will bring sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while also supporting a team. Experience in service coordination, dispatching, construction coordination, operations support, or a related administrative role is likely to transfer well.

Familiarity with HVAC/R or commercial refrigeration terminology is helpful but not required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and the ability to learn company software is important.

Minimum associate's degree, bachelor's degree is preferred.
