Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be capable of assisting with all phases of both residential and light commercial work including the following: install and weld copper, install VRF systems, set metal duct work, refrigeration piping, setting equipment, low voltage wiring, start-up procedures to building code.
- Achieve customers' preferred environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment as required in the vehicle.
- Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
- Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
- Wear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes.
- Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services)
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
- One or more years’ experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
