HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

Fitout Location: Dubai Company: Greenzone ( Munawel Group)

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution, preferably in Fitout.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to interpret HVAC design/shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals Experience in handling project coordination, client communication, and on-site supervision

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven HVAC Project Manager with extensive experience in interior fit-out projects across the UAE.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC project lifecycles from initial design review and authority approvals through to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of handling high-end commercial, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and UAE local municipality regulations.

Project Execution: Manage and oversee daily site operations for HVAC fit-out installations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Technical Review: Review HVAC engineering layouts, shop drawings, heat load calculations, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure alignment with client specifications and fit-out designs.

Authority Approvals: Coordinate and secure necessary HVAC approvals from local UAE authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, Tecom, or ADM) as required for fit-out handovers.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, main interior designers, consultants, MEP subcontractors, and mall/building management teams.

Material Procurement: Submitting material submittals for consultant approval, sourcing materials, and managing procurement to align with fit-out project timelines.

Financial Control: Track project variations, prepare monthly progress billings, manage costs, and negotiate with sub-vendors to maintain target profit margins.

Testing & Commissioning: Supervise air balancing, chilled water balancing, and testing and commissioning (T&C) activities to achieve friction-free handover with zero snags.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict UAE Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all active project sites.We are hiring an HVAC Project Engineer to lead and manage fitout projects in commercial , Retail and F&B .

You will coordinate execution from mobilization to handover, manage client interactions, supervise technicians, and ensure technical compliance, safety, and performance.

Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and fitout works for HVAC systems Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and in-house technicians for project delivery Ensure proper documentation: method statements, risk assessments, project schedules, and handover reports

Perform technical inspections, resolve site issues, and provide engineering support Ensure work complies with ASHRAE standards, Dubai Municipality, and DCD regulations Track and update project progress using internal tools Conduct site meetings and progress reports with internal and external stakeholders

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
