- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split/ducted units, cooling towers)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot faults promptly
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, spare parts, and service history
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for AMC and repair work
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with safety and energy efficiency standards
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management System) is a plus
