- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct design, installation, testing & commissioning, and project execution
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Experience in project coordination, site supervision, quality control, and client coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; knowledge of HVAC design software is an added advantage
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Should have experience working in fabrication and production roles
