Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily operations of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, and BMS controls.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot HVAC system failures and implement timely corrective actions.
- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and minimal downtime.
Facilities Management
- Support facility operations by ensuring HVAC systems meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate with facility teams for maintenance schedules and shutdown planning.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and health & safety requirements.
Project & Technical Support
- Participate in installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Review HVAC designs, drawings, and specifications for new or retrofit projects.
- Provide technical input for upgrades, replacements, and energy efficiency improvements.
Energy Management
- Analyze HVAC system performance and recommend improvements for energy optimization.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
- Monitor utility consumption and prepare performance reports.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all HVAC systems comply with HSE standards and local codes.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits.
- Maintain documentation for maintenance, certifications, and system records.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage external contractors and service providers.
- Review contractor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for facility-related requirements.
