Position Summary

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, mechanical plant, pool, and spa systems.

The position is based at Dubai Production City and is not remote.

Schedule and Position Type

  • The schedule is full time.
  • The position is non-management.

Technical Maintenance

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Conduct daily mechanical plant inspections and monitor property temperature.
  • Monitor energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.

Electrical and Plumbing Systems

  • Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
  • Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, and related components.
  • Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.

Safety and Service

  • Follow company, safety, and security policies and complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
  • Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and maintain positive working relationships.

Physical Requirements

  • Work in confined or elevated spaces and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and ladders and handle objects of varying sizes and weights.
  • Assist with objects weighing more than 100 pounds and independently move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • EPA Universal Certification.
  • Driver's license.
  • HVAC Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
