Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of commercial/industrial HVAC/R and CRAC systems
- Supervise, troubleshoot, and restore operations of facility systems and equipment
- Schedule preventive maintenance assignments and work orders
- Conduct daily supervisory field inspections and assist craftsmen
- Respond to after hour calls and work requirements
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial/industrial HVAC/R and CRAC systems
- Journeyman HVAC with CFC Universal License/Certification
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair CRAC systems
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- DoD Secret Clearance
- Ability to meet USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Qatar Residency Visa
- Ability to lift 50 pounds (OSHA requirement)

Job Overview
- The HVAC/CRAC Technician will work in a fast paced environment requiring detailed working knowledge of facility equipment and operations including chillers, air conditioning, ventilation, and structural repairs.
Essential Job Functions
- Must possess good customer relation skills
- Must be able to respond to after hour calls and work requirements
- Must cooperate and support IAP policies
- Must meet OSHA requirement of 50 pounds lifting
- If operating a company vehicle, must possess valid driver's license
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems; CRAC Systems
- Must be a Journeyman HVAC with CFC Universal License/Certification
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair CRAC Systems
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent verbal and writing skills; proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of safety rules and practices and environmental policies
Additional Requirements
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
- Meet USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements
- Able to obtain and maintain Qatar Residency Visa
- Able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures
- Able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions
Travel
- 100% travel, in deployed location.
Security Clearance
- Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
