- Assisting with all preventive maintenance, necessary maintenance and minor repairs to the HVAC systems on commercial and residential properties. Must have working knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure proper operations.
- Conduct periodic general preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. This includes normal lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, replacement of consumable parts (filters, indicator lights, etc) and periodic testing of equipment.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records. Familiarity with preventative maintenance and work order software systems.
- Perform all assigned work so as to ensure the safety of the building occupants and insure continuous operation.
- Assist with the install of new HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties, ensuring proper operation and function.
- Able to install and perform preventative and repair maintenance on generators.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical skills
- Knowledge of all commercial HVAC equipment (AHUs, VAVs, etc.)
- HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation skills
- Ability to utilize iPad for work order distribution, teams meeting, email, etc.
- Strong work ethic and pride in work quality
- Ability to be a team player
- Willingness to work overtime as and when needed
- Willingness to learn and share their knowledge and experiences
• High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of previous experience
- Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions using FMM's core values of Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Safety, and Versatility
- Proficient in computer, text, and email skills
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
