BCH’s Human Resources department has an opportunity for a co-op student to gain hands-on experience in Workforce Development (WFD). Our team addresses workforce needs by promoting career growth, fostering community engagement, and providing pathways and support for healthcare career development.

This role is hybrid, with on-site requirements that flex based on departmental needs and scheduled activities. Our team is located at 401 Park Drive (Landmark Center).

Primary focus: COACH (Community, Opportunities, and Advancement at Children’s Hospital) Internship Program

COACH program planning

January - May

Collect and track manager requests for COACH interns; prepare requisitions for approval and posting

Conduct virtual student interviews (high school and college)

Assist with project planning for the summer 2027 COACH program

Assist with program logistics, including confirming room reservations, coordinating speakers, preparing presentation materials, and supporting the end-of-program poster session

Manage the COACH inbox and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
