We are offering a Human Resources Trainee Program
for candidates who are eager to develop their HR knowledge and gain practical experience in a professional work environment.
This is a structured training program that provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and core HR functions, along with mentorship from experienced HR professionals.
The program may lead to full-time employment upon successful completion, based on performance and business needs.
What You Will Learn & Work On
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assisting with employee documentation and HR records
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communication
- Exposure to HR operations and administrative processes
- Using HR systems and government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, etc.)
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Learning HR policies and workplace procedures
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English and Literature, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR
- Familiarity with HR government platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional attitude
- Eager to learn and develop within the HR field
