Roles And Responsibilities:

You need to design some talent acquisition strategies and improve some career development plans.

Maintain some safety guards and employer branding.

Set up all the HR procedures.

Manage all the HR policies and advocate the people and the values.

Manage some performance reviews as well.

Develop some programs and initiate learning.

Must have excellent leadership abilities and problem solving skills.

Experience in HR operations and implement HR technology solutions.

A very good work experience in managing HR resources, strategic planning.

Experience in analytics, statistics and specifically reporting on HR facilities.

Deep knowledge of most of the HR functions like management or building strong management brand.

Salary: 4.80,000 per annum

Experience: Minimum 2 years
