Provides frontline HR support by responding to employee and manager inquiries, assisting with self-service tools, and ensuring accurate resolution of basic HR issues.
Job Responsibility
- Respond to HR inquiries about policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll.
- Help employees navigate HR systems and tools.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized HR teams.
- Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
- Support administrative tasks like employment verifications.
- Educate employees on available resources.
- Performs other related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Job Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferred.
